At Yoto, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items in their primary packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
